Third parties

Government agencies, registered agents, banks, fintech companies and payment processors make their own decisions and may change fees, processing times or eligibility rules.

No guaranteed approvals

NextOra does not guarantee bank, payment processor, EIN, ITIN or other third-party approval where the decision is outside our control.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, respond to requests and comply with applicable laws, tax rules and reporting obligations.
